Makeup & Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons:
Cancellation: To cancel a private lesson, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and we manage to fill your spot from our waitlist, you won’t incur any charges. However, if we can’t fill your spot, you will be charged for the full lesson. Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling by emailing gigi1k@me.com. Cancellations or rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the lesson.
Group Classes:
Dropping Classes: If you wish to drop a class and stop tuition payments, a 14-day written notice via email is required. Dropping a class with less than 2 weeks' notice will result in being charged for the following month's tuition. No exceptions will be made.
Make-Up Classes: You may schedule a make-up class within the same month if there is available space in the class you wish to join. Make-up classes are not available during studio breaks or holidays. If you miss a class due to illness or an emergency, a make-up class can be scheduled within 4 weeks of the absence. Consistent attendance is important for your development. Release for Content, Photo & Video
By agreeing to our policies, you grant Gigi’s Studio, including its affiliates, the right to use names, images, voices, and likenesses of you and/or your child in various media formats. This includes use in advertising and marketing efforts. You acknowledge that:
The rights granted are perpetual, irrevocable, and extend to Gigi’s Studio's successors and assigns.
Gigi’s Studio has the unrestricted right to use these materials without further compensation or approval.
Any materials provided are either your own work or you have the necessary permissions, and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
You will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.
You understand and agree to the terms of this release, and you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
You release Gigi’s Studio from any claims or damages related to the use of the materials.
Release of Liability
By participating in lessons, you agree to release Gigi’s Studio and its affiliates from any liability for damages or injuries sustained during the lessons. You are responsible for your child’s safety until the lesson starts and immediately after it ends.
Withdrawals & Refunds
To stop automatic payments for the following month, you must notify us via email by the 15th of the current month. No refunds will be issued for classes missed or for registration fees. If Gigi’s Studio terminates lessons, a refund for unused lessons will be provided. However, no refunds will be given for closures due to COVID-19 or other uncontrollable events. In such cases, virtual classes will be offered as an alternative.
